At Al Madina Quran Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality online Quran education. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Monthly Fee Payments

All monthly fee payments are considered final once successfully processed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.
• Technical payment error confirmed by our payment provider.
• Payment processed multiple times for the same invoice.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Completed classes.
• Missed classes due to student absence.
• Monthly tuition after classes have started.
• Late cancellation by the student.

4. Trial Classes

Free trial classes are offered without charge. Therefore, no refund applies.

5. Cancellation Policy

Students wishing to discontinue classes should notify the academy before the next billing cycle.

6. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method whenever possible.
